by koree Economic Stimulus Flame War!
by koree I’m not trying to, but I know I will, start a flame war, but here it goes. I hear all kinds of people complaining about the stimulus bill. I have not once heard anyone say why they don’t like it. I’m terrible with finance, so I can’t say I have an opinion one way or another. However, I’m sick of hearing people bitch about the bill without telling me why it sucks. So, those of you in the know, let me know why you think this stimulus is a bad idea.
Oh, and a bonus question: What would you do differently?
Thoughts on Yesterday…
by koree No matter what you want to say about Barack Obama being President of the United states, one thing is certain: It appears we now have a real leader.
Bush was not a leader. Whether you think the decisions he made were good or bad, he never inspired us as a nation, nor do I think he really tried. I am in no way arguing for or against his decisions, I’m merely stating that he had no ability to inspire us as a nation. Barack Obama certainly has that ability, and I look forward to seeing what comes out of his Presidency.
